VOLUNTEERS MAKE THE WORLD GO AROUND

Red Feather volunteers come from all over the country (and the world) to work with us to improve housing on the reservations.  We simply could not be successful without all of them.  Consider volunteering with us for a few hours, days, or beyond to join a solidarity movement for healthier homes for all.

We are currently working with the Hopi and Navajo Nations in Arizona and New Mexico. All on the ground volunteer opportunities will take place on the Hopi and Navajo Nations or in Flagstaff, Arizona.  We welcome remote volunteers from around the country and the world.​

  1. Building Handwashing Stations.
  2. Cutting and/or delivering firewood.  
  3. Fundraising for families in need of housing repairs/improvements.  
  4. Skilled trades-professionals that can independently lead housing repairs projects.  
  5. Social Media and PR Communications Assistance
  6. Soliciting businesses for donated materials
  7. Data entry and general office assistance
  8. Grant Research
