Our Master Subcontractor Service Agreement is the front door to working with Red Feather. Once you're onboarded, you're eligible to receive project task orders across our home repair programs — no need to reapply for each project. Why join the subcontractor pool?
What you'll need to submit

Red Feather is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from licensed, insured residential contractors to complete health-and-safety home repairs for eligible Navajo homeowners under the ARPA-funded Housing Assistance Fund (HAF), administered by the Navajo Nation Division of Children and Family Services. The opportunity ~48 homes across the entire Navajo Nation — all five Agencies and Navajo/Hopi Partitioned Lands $2.5M anticipated for task-order construction labor and materials Scope: roofing, windows, doors, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, ADA modifications & habitable-space additions Advances up to 50% of a task order may be available once work is authorized Good to know before you apply Qualifications-based: price is not scored at the RFQ stage — it's evaluated per task order against cost book benchmarks Preference points for Navajo-owned (10 pts) and other Native-owned (5 pts) businesses Rolling intake: submissions accepted for the duration of the program No guaranteed minimum — selection qualifies you to receive task orders How to Apply in 4 Steps 1.
